2.YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing the www.businessmoneysave.co.uk website and clicking ‘Get Quote’ you are subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy you should stop using the website immediately and if you breach them then your right to use the site will cease immediately.

3.OUR SERVICE AND PERMITTED USAGE

Business Money Save, through the www.businessmoneysave.co.uk website, are an online and independent service introducing business owners to UK business service suppliers. You can search through a range of products and services for sectors including Energy, Finance, Insurance and Telecoms provided by our carefully selected partners. We do not charge a fee but we do, at times, receive a commission from our partners.

The www.businessmoneysave.co.uk website is for personal and commercial use only. You must not use the website in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

4.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All copyright, social media marketing, campaigns, database rights, leads and information supplied, IP rights remain in the property of Business Money Save and their partner company Crunch Media Ltd or related third parties unless otherwise agreed. If select ‘Get Quote’ and transfer to a third party partner website to get a quote for any product or service, then you are bound to there website terms and conditions, not Business Money Save.

5.INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

Business Money Save, operating under Crunch Media Limited, does collect and hold Business and Personal Information using online websites (stated in the Privacy Policy) email collection and telephone methods.

For business records we hold Company Name, full address, telephone number (checked against TPS/CTPS), contact name, job roles, industry sector, employee & turnover, renewal date and current supplier (for Business Energy, Business Insurance and Private Medical Insurance). The business records will be held for all sectors within the market. For personal information we may hold name, address, telephone number (landline or mobile), demographic (i.e gender, location), life stage (i.e age, homeowner) and other lifestyle variable depending on which method your personal information has been collected. We do not collect or hold any health, financial or credit details to any individual.

6.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Business Money Save, operating under Crunch Media Limited, will not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, defect in the list or any indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage in connection with the supply of a campaign, data, leads or information provided or for usage of the www.businessmoneysave.co.uk website, or if any product or service is not appropriate for you, or any of our partners acts or omissions.

7.DATA PROTECTION AND LEGAL

These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use and access of the Business Money Save website and Crunch Media Limited agreements. As Jurisdiction, this agreement is to be governed by the courts of England and the parties agree to be bound by the decision of those courts

As Data Protection, we endeavor to comply within the standard guidelines set by the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) and you agree as the client that you will also follow the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) guidelines. Both parties agree to follow the Data Protection Act guideline with the usage of any campaign, data, leads or information provided by Crunch Media Ltd. You shall undertake any Direct Marketing campaign by following any regulations and code of practice of appropriate governing bodies.

Both parties agree to comply with the data protection legislation (including, prior to 25 May 2018 the Data Protection Act 1998 and from 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003) in respect of personal information processed in connection with this agreement.

In particular, Crunch Media Ltd warrants and represents that the way in which is gathers leads allows the client to market to those leads in compliance with the data protection legislation and that the lead lists have been generated and shared with the client in accordance with the data protection legislation. Each party warrants to the other that it is fully authorized to make this agreement and that it has obtained all necessary authority permission and licenses required in all applicable jurisdictions to enable it to perform its obligations under the agreement. 

8.COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Whilst we aim to provide an excellent service to our users and customers, if you are unhappy or have a complaint then please contact us either by post or the provided email address hello@businessmoneysave.co.uk.
